How do sign-in codes work?
We email you a six-digit code instead of a password. It expires in five minutes; request a fresh one any time.
I bought a plan and the creator updated it. Which version do I have?
The one you bought. Purchases pin to a revision; the plan page shows the current one, your library keeps yours. You can upgrade when a changelog convinces you.
Are the plans refundable?
Digital plans are refundable within 14 days if you have not downloaded the full sheet. Write to support and include the order id.
How do maker-market deposits work?
Deposits are captured, refundable payments, not card holds. Refundable until the maker marks the build started; the balance charges only at shipping.
What does backing a campaign commit me to?
Nothing until the batch fills. Your card is saved at pledge and charged only if the goal is reached by the deadline; otherwise nothing happens.
How do I become a creator?
