Pay in full (escrow), a deposit, or back a batch campaign, your pick per listing.

Maker builds

Deposits stay refundable until the maker marks "build started." Campaigns charge only if the batch fills.

It ships

Tracking lands in your account; balance (if any) is charged at shipping, never before.

Funds release

The maker is paid on delivery confirmation. Miss the deadline window, and refunds are automatic.

THE HONEST PART: PRE-ORDERS MEAN WAITING. EVERY LISTING SHOWS THE MAKER'S ON-TIME RECORD, EVERY DEADLINE HAS AN AUTOMATIC-REFUND BACKSTOP, AND CAMPAIGN CARDS ARE NEVER CHARGED UNLESS THE BATCH FILLS.
